Gallup State of the Global Workplace, 2024
For two decades, workplace wellbeing meant annual surveys and absence tracking. The data was lagging, self-reported, and easy to game. That era is over.
Self-reported surveys
Annual or quarterly. Point-in-time snapshots.
What employees choose to say — filtered by fear, social pressure, and context.
Static scores. No trend. No baseline. No early warning.
Reactive — after absences, resignations, or crises.
Emotional wellbeing only. Physical health invisible.
Biometric signals — HRV, sleep, resting HR, steps & activity.
Trends emerge in real time, week by week.
A fuller picture from physiological data — evidence of how people are actually doing, not just how they say they are.
Early identification of issues, to better support your teams.
Proactive — act on early signals, weeks before anyone signs off sick.
Physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing — the full picture.
Built on trust. Not surveillance.
PeAK is not a monitoring tool. It's a resource — one employees choose to contribute to, and one that benefits them.
Individual data is never surfaced. Scores are aggregated at team or department level, with a minimum group size of five.
Change is measured against each person's own historical baseline — not against peers.
Participation is voluntary. Employees connect their own device. They can pause or withdraw at any time, with no data retained.
PeAK connects to leading consumer and clinical wearables through a unified ingestion layer — no hardware mandate and no replacement cycle.
One data model regardless of manufacturer. Normalises signal across device types.
Team-level aggregation. Anonymised baselines. AI-generated workforce narrative.
Illustrative only — real data shapes differ by organisation. Team-level aggregates only. No individual scores displayed.

HRV Trend — Last 8 Weeks
All figures are team-level aggregates. Individual scores are never displayed. Minimum team size: 5.
Your organisation’s average nightly sleep is up this week — 7.8 hours, with 55% sleeping 7h or more. Resting heart rate is 1.1 bpm below baseline, a positive direction. But there’s a pattern in the HRV data worth noting.
HRV vs baseline has been negative for three consecutive days mid-week, coinciding with a dip in activity. This is consistent with accumulated fatigue or a period of higher load — worth watching over the next 7 days.
What opt-in looks like — step by step
Employees are never asked to hand over their personal data or work identity. The anonymisation happens before any data reaches the platform — participation is voluntary, and employees can disconnect at any point.
HR generates a batch of unique, anonymous login credentials — one per invited employee. No names, no work emails, no personal identifiers are used.
Each person receives a unique access link. They use it to create their anonymous PeAK account — independently, on their own device. Participation is always voluntary.
The employee links their wearable. In the platform they are assigned an anonymous identifier — never their name, never their work email.
Individual signals are aggregated at team level before appearing in any dashboard. HR and leadership only see team trends — never individual scores, never individual names.
Adjust the inputs below. Figures are illustrative, based on published benchmarks. Real costs vary by organisation.

We're inviting a first cohort of organisations to begin an 8-week baseline period — establishing the foundations of workforce health insight before the full platform goes live.
We're working with organisations in:
The 8-week baseline period is where the foundations are built — establishing each team's health picture and letting the patterns emerge. That's when the real insight begins. B-Secur provides full onboarding and professional services support throughout. Devices are priced separately. After the baseline period, organisations move to a fully paid per-employee subscription.
